I can tell you there are essentially three levels of green tea the highest being ceremony level green tea. Basically that tea is the finest sifted and isn't clumpy at all. <br />I do recommend Kawarayamachi Its a market street 4-5 streets south of the tea ceremony shop. Kawarayamachi runs east - west. near the middle of the market street there's a tea shop that sells all levels and types of green tea. for about 20$ we bought a cannister of green tea. Department store grade. Not sure of other places to buy the green in Osaka.
